Black Pepper Caramelised Onion (300ml)


We take a couple of hours to sweat down mountains of sliced onions, allowing them to release and caramelise their natural sugar content. We add a swirl of balsamic vinegar and a generous grind of black pepper to make this the best veggie burger topper. Equally fabulous tangled on smashed avo on sourdough toast and also pairs perfectly with our Butter Bean & Parsley Hummus.
