We use dates as a natural sweetener in our cooking. These dates are large, plump, sulphur-free and without pips. Dates had a fantastic nutrition profile; high in fibre, disease-fighting anti-oxidants and make an excellent natural sweetener. Blitz into smoothies, chop and toss through muesli, add to breakfast oats, sprinkle on salads or stir through curries for extra flavour and a healthy hint of sweetness.
